Steve was born and raised in Philadelphia, having attended the Philadelphia public schools. He worked with his father, also an attorney, in the Philadelphia City Solicitor’s office for four years.

Since 1980 he has been involved in private practice handling a variety of matters including Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury. Elder Law, Consumer Credit, Litigation and Family Law.

When not hard at work in the Law, Steve is an avid reader of Science Fiction, Fantasy and history. He never misses the annual Philadelphia Science Fiction Convention. He is also a Classic film Buff and will happily spend an afternoon getting lost in almost any museum.

Steve is divorced with an adult son.
