Matthew R. Finer is an Associate Attorney with Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C.

Matthew focuses his practice on estate planning and administration, family law and real estate. Matthew primarily practices before the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. He was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2022 and 2023. Super Lawyers Rising Stars is a designation of top-rated practicing attorneys selected through extensive evaluation.

Prior to joining Karen Ann Ulmer, P.C., for years Matthew enjoyed practicing law with a respected Bucks County law practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, family law, real estate and general litigation, where he gained experience assisting clients and partners with legal matters. Prior to practicing law, for years Matthew was employed as a commercial underwriter for a multinational insurance company in Manhattan, New York. Matthew believes no client is too small, and no problem is too great. He can provide quality legal service and experience to the matters that are important to you and within his areas of his law practice.

Matthew is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He received both his law degree and his undergraduate degree from the University of Maine.
